We are very happy with the building survey that Mayfords carried out for me. The firm was able to carry out the survey and send me the report very promptly. I had good communication with them before and after the survey. The survey report was detailed and comprehensive. It covered all areas of the house and gave me a full understanding of the condition of the property and the issues present. This gave me the information I needed to obtain quotes for repair work and to renegotiate the price with the seller. The surveyor was very responsive and helpful in answering my follow up questions. The service from start to finish was extremely efficient. The office kept us fully informed, the surveyor called beforehand to ask if we wanted anything to specifically be looked at, and he called again once he'd done the survey to tell us his findings. I would highly recommend Mayfords to all family and friends! We were under enormous pressure to leave our existing property and therefore the survey of our new property was very urgent. We was recommended by a family member as they've been impressed by their speed, accuracy and super service. Despite having a slightly cheaper quote, I appointed Mayfords Chartered Surveyors to carry out our Homebuyers Survey as they were local and recommended. They did not disappoint with a speedy and efficient service which has enabled us to proceed with the purchase of our new home without delay.
