Measured Surveys

We use the very latest robotic, reflectorless Leica TCRP 1205+ Total Stations. This combines speed and precision meaning the minimum disruption to you, your clients and neighbouring properties. We also use optical levelling equipment and hand held laser distance measures (Disto's). Topographical surveys, also known as land surveys, are detailed accurate plan drawings identifying both natural and man-made features within a specified area.

Our Commercial Building Surveys help you understand the pros and cons of the property, aligned to budget costs for significant items, putting you in an informed position to negotiate the purchase price or the terms of your new lease. We don't believe in wasting our client's money, so if we think you shouldn't proceed or there are major issues, we'll let you know straight away and 'stop the clock'.
