Services
Osteopathy
Osteopathy at KPO addresses musculoskeletal issues through hands-on techniques, targeting back pain, neck pain, headaches, and sports injuries. Our practitioners use spinal manipulation, soft tissue therapy, and exercise prescriptions to restore mobility and alleviate pain. Tailored to individual needs, treatments focus on long-term recovery and prevention, supported by patient education on posture and ergonomics.
Sports Injury Management
Specialised sports injury rehabilitation combines osteopathy, physiotherapy, and acupuncture to treat acute and chronic injuries. We address conditions like ligament sprains, muscle strains, and repetitive strain injuries, with a focus on returning athletes to peak performance. Treatments include targeted exercises, gait analysis, and advice on injury prevention strategies.
Physiotherapy
Physiotherapy services focus on restoring movement and function through tailored exercise programs, manual therapy, and electrotherapy. Ideal for post-injury recovery, chronic pain management, and postural correction, our approach integrates patient-specific goals to enhance mobility and reduce discomfort effectively.
Podiatry
Podiatry addresses foot and lower limb conditions, including plantar fasciitis and gait abnormalities. Treatments involve biomechanical assessments, orthotic prescriptions, and soft tissue therapies to alleviate pain and improve mobility. We cater to athletes and individuals with chronic foot-related issues, ensuring long-term relief.
Acupuncture
Acupuncture uses fine needles to stimulate specific points, relieving pain and promoting healing for conditions like migraines, arthritis, and muscular tension. Integrated into treatment plans, it complements osteopathy and physiotherapy by enhancing circulation and reducing inflammation, with sessions tailored to individual health needs.

Extremely capable and knowledgeable. I deal with RSI (Repetitive Strain Injury) issues caused by computer work. Very happy with James' treatments (especially the dry needling) - they helped enormously.

First time in a good few years that I have been able to walk without pain. I walked today without stopping or bending to stretch my back. Thanks Mr Philip Kingsland
