Wedding Venue Hire
Our 16th-century barn accommodates 75-150 guests with exclusive use of the venue and grounds. The Grade II listed building combines historic charm with modern amenities, including licensed spaces for civil ceremonies and flexible layouts for receptions. The surrounding 3-acre estate features lawns for drinks receptions and photography opportunities.
Catering Services
We partner with local award-winning caterers to create tailored menus for wedding breakfasts and evening receptions. Options range from formal three-course meals to rustic buffet-style dining, with dietary requirements accommodated. All catering must be arranged through our approved suppliers to maintain quality standards.
Drinks Packages
Three comprehensive drinks packages available including welcome drinks, table wines, and toast beverages. The fully staffed bar operates from arrival until 11:30pm, offering spirits, soft drinks, and local ales. Packages range from 18-36 per guest with options for champagne upgrades and wine pairings.
Civil Ceremonies
Licensed for civil ceremonies and partnerships, our barn provides a historic setting for legal unions. We assist with registration requirements through Buckinghamshire County Council and offer coordination for both indoor and outdoor ceremonies, subject to weather conditions and legal compliance.
Event Planning
Our dedicated coordinator provides year-round support from initial planning to day-of execution. Services include supplier management, timeline creation, and on-site assistance from morning setup through to event conclusion. We ensure seamless coordination of all wedding elements.

What is the maximum guest capacity?
Our barn accommodates up to 150 guests for evening receptions and 120 seated guests for wedding breakfasts.
Can we have outdoor ceremonies?
Yes, we offer licensed outdoor spaces adjacent to the barn, with contingency plans for inclement weather.

While we don't provide onsite accommodation, we partner with local hotels and B&Bs for guest bookings.

We work with four approved caterers offering menus from £65-£120 per person, with bespoke options available.

Really beautiful barn wedding venue. I had an excellent time as wedding DJ and Master of Ceremonies, proprietors and staff were all really friendly and helpful. Can't wait to go back again.

My wife and I got married here in September 2021 and we couldn't speak highly enough of the venue and the staff, in particular Vikki and Tony. From the first meeting to the last, you get a real sense that your wedding is as special to them as it is to you. They're incredibly kind, professional and helped us to have the perfect day. The Barn and garden are stunning and we have so many lovely pictures to remind us of our special day for years to come.

Manor farm was one of the first venues we visited and we both instantly fell in love with it! Vikki and Tony are the loveliest people and genuinely wanted to make the day as special as possible for us! Nothing was too much trouble, they were very accommodating and had really helpful suggestions and were always very quick to answer any queries we had! The day went so smoothly thanks to them and the team and even though it poured with rain all day, you wouldn't have been able to tell! It is such a warm and beautiful venue and everyone was so happy mingling inside! We couldn't have chosen a better
