Our self-catering lodges offer fully equipped holiday homes across four UK regions. Each property features modern kitchens, spacious living areas, and premium furnishings. Designed for groups of all sizes, these accommodations provide flexibility with options ranging from two-bedroom retreats to eight-bedroom family homes. All lodges include access to resort facilities and local area expertise.
Pet-Friendly Accommodations
We offer over 30 pet-friendly lodges across all locations. These properties feature designated pet areas, easy-clean surfaces, and proximity to walking trails. Each accommodation provides pet beds, feeding bowls, and local pet-friendly activity recommendations. Our staff receives specific training to ensure both human and animal guests enjoy their stay.
Hot Tub Rentals
Private hot tubs are available at 85% of our properties. These temperature-controlled units undergo daily maintenance checks and weekly deep cleaning. Located on private terraces, they offer scenic views of coastal waters or countryside landscapes. Complimentary hot tub orientation sessions ensure safe usage for all guests.
Holiday Home Sales
The Residences collection offers luxury holiday homes for purchase at Dylan Coastal Resort and Whitbarrow. These freehold properties come with resort access rights and property management options. Fantastic customer service!! Unfortunately never got to stay at Burns Coastal retreat due to deciding not to travel because of covid. However luxury lodges were fantastic to deal with throughout from booking to cancelling with no quibble or questions asked. Will definitely rebook once we are happy to travel

Hot tubs positioned outside neighbour's bedroom windows have made this a holiday from hell! It's 1.39 in the morning and four people in the hot tub next door having in depth conversations are ruining our stay.

We absolutely loved our stay in caldew cottage in whitbarrow village. Everything you need is available to you, very cosy warm cottages for this time of year. We loved the hot tub although it had a fault with… the control panel which i suppose these things happen from time to time and cannot be helped. It didn’t ruin our stay we loved it so much we have booked our next holiday already in the Burn site. I am so excited to go again 😁. The restaurant onsite’s menu was limited but the food is cooked perfectly I couldn’t fault it, no need for a massive menu when the food
