I've reported issues in my rented place for close to a year now. I'm always fobbed off with 'we'll look in to it and call you back". No one ever calls me back. Or they don't even put in the system what I've called up about! I've asked many many times for things to be fixed that should have been done before any tenant moved in. Nothing happens. I've asked many times for landlords details. I'm always told 'ill call landlord and get to you" again, nothing ever happens. It's absolutely ridiculous!

Excellent all round professional service by all the team....especially Vicki and Tracey who dealt with any enquiries I had promptly and efficiently...even though everyone was under more pressure due to the Covid situation....I have no hesitation in recommending Century for selling or rental services.
