Have done both agency driving and sub contract courier work for Expect on a number of occasions always found the staff very helpful not on your back every 2 minutes. If circumstances were different I would consider taking a job with them

I cannot praise one of Expect Distribution's drivers enough. I cannot rate them 10 stars but I would if I could. The driver who helped me is called Shaun (Express 1) and I have never met a more polite, patient and helpful driver. I took delivery of a very heavy lathe and a milling machine which should have been delivered with a method of unloading. Through no fault of his own he turned up with the two machines and no method of unloading. He could have just driven off but he didn't.
Using my engine hoist he helped me arrange the lifting straps and chains and assisted me unloading them both

Was sent a confirmation email that my delivery would arrive on the 03/08/20. Waited all day for it to arrive but it never did. Called them up and they said it won't arrive until 04/08/20 afternoon now. They never emailed or called to let me know the time/date had changed. Extremely unprofessional company.

Awful attitude and a completely rude and unhelpful driver. Refused to drive down our large wide road as he said he may hit a branch. Yet we have had much bigger vehicles than theirs up and down the road over and over again with no problem (we are at the end of building a large house, we have had a crane 6 times and many much bigger lorries with no problem). They made us unload on a busy A road endangering my team and himself for no reason at all. He struggled to find us and employed an attitude that a lot of people would have been very uncomfortable with. Expect the worst!!
