Like many businesses we closed our office doors in March 2020 as soon as we were able to make arrangements for our 24/7/365 call handling staff to be able to work from home. The office was only then visited by limited staff member to complete tasks such as fire alarm tests, back ups and check building security. As it became clear that we would be returning to a more office based working arrangement in May / June 2021, we realised that we were not testing our office water supplies for legionella especially given the lack of use over the preceding year. As a BNI member, it was very timely to see
