I qualified as an osteopath in 1999 from the British School of Osteopathy, obtaining a Bachelor of Science Honours degree in Osteopathy, BSc (Hons) Ost. Since qualifying I have worked consistently as an assistant osteopath in a variety of osteopathic clinics, and I established my own clinic, the Rivermead Osteopaths in 2002.
I am passionate about improving people's wellbeing through osteopathic treatment. I do this through the hands-on treatment itself, and offering advice and tools for people to better manage their situation. Obviously osteopathy isn't the only way to improve a person's wellbeing. I have built a network of reliable healthcare practitioners over the years to refer to if necessary.

A number of treatment methods might be used depending on the problem. Treatment can include specific soft-tissue massage and stretch.
