I will never try to give my business to this florist again. Customer service is about what the customer needs, not delivering 4 days later because its more convenient for the florist. I placed an order online, the order was place in plenty of time to be delivered on Friday, (especially as I see they are still offering next day delivery)
I was contacted today Thursday saying because they are very busy it would be better for them if they could deliver on Tuesday, 4 days later Christmas Ev. After a number of emails back and to I found out it would be more convenient for the florist to deliver

Gaynor and Sarah from Floral Designs helped to make my daughter's wedding the most memorable day. They created the most amazing floral displays, bridal and bridesmaids bouquets, everything was fantastic. I cannot recommend enough!

I am confused to give good bad the boss was at the start fab .But i feel that not all well staff .When i went in pick up the staff member couldn't care less she said the boy button holes i had guess to boss on holiday again ! Also to my horrified when try flower sat on the tables the price tag was on flower
