I had initially gone to the Spinal Care Clinics due to an injury, which caused pain in my neck and right arm. I met Dr Gurjot Nandhra during my first thorough consultation and went onto a 3 month plan, which consisted of adjustments with Gurjot, massages with Georgina and PT sessions with Elliott. The team were brilliant and Reception always so helpful. The advice given was practical and realistic.

I'm thankful for all their help and because of the treatment I am no longer in pain. However, as I have a desk job - and don't move as much as I should during the day - the monthly adjustment and massage

Before my consultation at the clinic Id put my ailments down to having a desk job. Whilst that is the main cause, the consultation highlight some twisting to my spine which explained why I was getting the discomfort I was. From the very beginning I was made to feel welcome and comfortable. The reception staff are very good at their jobs and now at the end of my treatment, every visit feels like meeting up with old friends.
Ive had the unique experience of having seen the majority of the doctors at the clinic - all are very good at what they do. Ive continued the rest of my treatment with

Very Clean, very friendly staff and the Doctor has given me a lot of confidence to put my trust into them. There are closer clinics to me but I would rather go out of my way to go to this one. Im very impressed with the experience so far and excited to continue my journey to better health with this clinic.
