The main door leads straight into the property and the kitchen area which is small but equipped with machine, fri.

Viewings are always accompanied by a member of staff who can answer any questions you may have. A security deposit of one month's rent plus 100 must be paid, the deposit will be transferred to the Safe Deposit Scheme account throughout the tenancy term. This will be returned in full subject to a satisfactory check out inspection.

If you have a maintenance issue regarding the property please contact Easylet during office hours Monday- Friday 9:00am-5:00pm.
