Cumming, Turner and Watt Property Managers have been established for over 100 years. We are a family run business with a long established office in Glasgow. We have been members of the Property Managers Association of Scotland since 1920 and we are also registered with the Financial Services Authority and currently factor over 2,000 properties in the Lanarkshire, Glasgow, Inverclyde and Ayrshire areas.

Report
How are we paid, this is twice or four times a year, we send you an invoice for your share of the common repairs or insurance charged during the previous three/six months and our management fee. Thus we are paid in arrears for tradesmen's accounts and other expenses run up on your behalf. We therefore expect prompt payment of your accounts.
