Avoid at all cost, only accepts cash in hand! Came to collect in an unbranded Van, did not provide an invoice. Owner/emplyer very rude on the phone. Day before I used different removal company and service was top notch. I have requested confirmation data that items collected (microwave, printer, washing machine) were disposed of and not dumped 200 meters away. Local coucil should take a look at this company.

Tried to call today to get a rough estimate of a quote etc. Really rude man on the phone, started shouting at me and was just rude and impatient. Definitely not going any further with this company especially after seeing the lack of professionalism within the other reviews

I used this company a few years back and in general they were good so fast forward to now I contacted them recently asking them for a quote to remove some odd bits we threw out when redecorating. I specfiacally listed all the items with photos and was given a quote by Alan on the 3rd Nov '21 for: Team of 2 men, Labour: 50 Mins, Cubic yards: 10.5, Max weight: 700-800kgs, Service cost : 230. I thought this was a tad steep for me to stay within my budget and for a what the items were so I contacted the council to get rid of six of the bulkier items and continued to shop around for junk removal companies

I have used this company to help us clear an overflowing bin store, they were incredibly punctual and accurate with pricing (despite me seriously underestimating the volume of waste to clear). Quick to attend, images supplied afterwards so I knew the job was completed. I will be using them again for sure.

These guys are not recommended - booking a time is apparently meaningless to them. They wasted one day of my time for rubbish collection, so I booked again for a different day and they were nearly 2 hours late.
