Our Philosophy

Children learn through playing, discovering, experimenting and making friends in a safe, happy and stimulating learning environment. At Arnold St Mary's Pre-School we give children the chance to explore their interests, as we feel they learn better if they are involved in active play. We encourage children to ask questions and think independently.
About us

Arnold St Mary's Pre-School was established 1969 and is a not-for-profit charity, which means that any profit we do make is reinvested into new equipment that the children can enjoy and benefit from. We are based at the Family Centre on Church Lane, Arnold (behind the church), Nottingham. With excellent staff to child ratios, our team is well-qualified, DBS checked and we pay individual attention to the needs and development of each child.
Prospectus

Our new prospectus gives parents a more in-depth overview of our pre-school, with information on how we assess your child and help them learn from play, to keeping a record of your childs journey and how we use a key person to oversee their development. The new prospectus was kindly designed by BLU:72 Creative of Nottingham.

We regularly work with the local community to keep things running at the Pre-School and many local businesses give up either their time or resources to help us out and for that we are eternally grateful. BLU:72 Creative offer their graphic design and marketing services as part of the corporate social responsibility.
