Personalised shortbread cookies with custom icing designs. Available in various shapes and sizes, these edible keepsakes can be customised with names, dates, or wedding themes. Minimum orders apply with discounts for combined bookings.
Cake Tasting Boxes
Curated cake sample boxes featuring our signature flavours. The signature box includes four classic combinations for in-person tasting, while postal boxes offer luxury options delivered directly to your door. Essential for decision-making with no obligation to book.
Sugar Flower Arrangements

When should I book my wedding cake?
Book as soon as your venue is confirmed. We recommend contacting us 12-18 months before your wedding date to ensure availability.
Can I taste the cake before booking?
Yes! We offer sample boxes with 4 classic flavours for £15 (collection only) or postal luxury sample boxes for £40.
Do you offer custom cake designs?
Yes, we create bespoke designs tailored to your wedding theme. Luxury packages include a design sketch and sugar flower consultation.
How do you handle cake delivery?
We deliver all cakes personally using temperature-controlled transport. Delivery is included in our packages within Northern Ireland.
Are dietary options available?
We offer gluten-free and dairy-free options for all our signature flavours while maintaining the same exceptional taste and texture.

Amazing i have been dreaming about the cakes we got for our wedding gemma herself was so nice and helpful beyond happy. Ps halloween cake in July best person about to make it gemma will he getting a call soon for another cake

We purchased two box's of gemma's teacher cookies. They are amazing such a lovely gift and look gorgeous. Gemma was great I had to move the date of pick up a week earlier and nothing was a problem for her. Great customer service and quality

Gemma baked my cake for my wedding in March and it was AMAZING! From the minute we met her she was so friendly and informative about the process of choosing the style and flavours of our cake. It was stunning and tasted fantastic and our guests loved it. Couldnt recommend her enough.

5 stars isn't enough for this wonderful company. From day one Gemma was nothing but helpful. When you book Gemmas cakes you are guaranteed cakes that people will remember at your wedding . The flavours are the nicest I have ever tasted and chocolate Guinness is 100% my favourite. On the day Gemma personally delivers and sets it all up like a cake fairy with no worries for the bride. Thanks so much again.

Absolutely delicious cakes baked locally by a lovely husband and wife team! Nothing is ever a bother to this pair and any of the cakes/cupcakes I have ordered has always gone down a treat with my family and friends. Great friendly service, I would definitely recommend Gemma's Cakes, you don't know what you're missing!
