Party Time Leicester

Established in 2003, Party Time Leicester is a family-run business dedicated to transforming celebrations into unforgettable experiences. Specialising in helium balloon decorations, we combine creativity with hands-on service to meet diverse event needs, from intimate gatherings to large corporate functions. Our commitment to 100% customer satisfaction drives us to offer a comprehensive range of services, including venue decoration, fancy dress hire, and bespoke mandap setups.
