My name is Irving Boxer DO ND LCH MRN and, true to my name, I have been fighting pain on behalf of my patients for over 40 years.

As a Osteopath, Naturopath and Homeopath, I believe that the body has the ability to heal itself, and thus all my treatments aim to assist the body's repair process and return the body to a normal state of functioning, whether there are structural or general health problems. Osteopathy can benefit most types of aches, pains and strains in people of every age, whether active or sedentary.
Relieving Migraines

Stress is another major contributing factor, so learning to relax more and manage your stress-ors better will bring relief. Migraine in my opinion is caused by a malfunction of one or all of the structural, chemical and emotional components of the body. My holistic approach aims to use a combination of Naturopathy, Osteopathy and Homeopathy to bring about a gradual reversal of the symptom picture.
First Aid Measures

It's always difficult to know what to do when you first injure yourself but the best thing is to take the Homeopathic remedy Arnica 30 every couple of hours until you see signs of improvement. Then follow this with Rhus Tox 30 every 4 hours. The next best thing to do is to get into the shower and spray your back (or any injured area) with hot water for three minutes and cold water for one minute and continue for twelve minutes.
Exercise For Tension

3 Begin by gently tensing and relaxing your whole body starting with your feet and ankles. 2-3 times: gradually working your way up the body tensing then relaxing each part - until you reach your face and teeth. Concentrate on what the relaxed state feels like. On completion tense your whole body twice.
