What are your opening hours for pet drop-off and collection?
We accept pets Monday to Sunday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. No pets will be accepted outside these times.

What a lovely place, my dogs have only stayed here a few times, but the people that work here are so genuine and kind they are happy to help and answer any questions for you and you always get an honest answer. First and foremost the staff are actual animal lovers and you can see this from the off, it's not just when they are having their photos taken with pets for their websites or social media posts and their pay packet. The price you are quoted includes their board, food (if you want it) play time, walking, sending you photos, and a lot of general love, care and attention. I would recommend

Me and my wife dropped our 2 cats off for 2 nights so we could get married. When dropping the cats off the team were amazing asking about any history and going over the booking form again to make sure the details were correct. Picked them up and once again very professional before I could ask what they were like there the staff told me all that they had been doing. Also they had been brushed though would highly recommend and would use them again if needed.

We were recommended bed & biscuit by another greyhound owner. Our dog Dylan stayed her from the 6th-8th august. This is the first time Dylan has stayed away from home so we were both nervous and anxious about his experience. When we arrived to pick up him we noticed there was wet urine stains on his bedding. We went to speak to a member of staff who said she wasnt sure when it had happened but thought it may have been that morning. We asked when he had last been out and were informed he went for a walk at 4.30pm the day before and then wasnt take out again until the next morning around
