Had another hygienist appointment at Mermaid last week and I could not fault the service. All COVID protocols still in place that makes you feel comfortable to start with and the treatment from the Hygienist, Milly, was first class.

I have been a patient of Medhi since living in Bath in 2004. I have since moved several times around the country but have always remained a patient. He is without doubt the finest dentist I have ever known. In fact the whole team are brilliant. Which is why I am prepared to travel from Shropshire to attend my appointments

Most disappointed with the recent unhelpful treatment I received. I was going to a check up appointment which takes less than 10mins. I am no longer local and was travelling to the appointment over an hour. I tried to call 4 times before the appointment 45mins ahead because I knew I was running late due to traffic. I finally got a response 2 mins to my appointment to be told that being 15mins late was too long and they wouldn't see me. I asked to be seen after the patient after me. Was told that they would check, they let me travel 15 more mins in their direction, prioritising another call before

My wife and myself have both just had our regular dental and hygienist checks . We are both so impressed with the care and attention we have recieved The upgrades to equipment and facilities and covid procedures are impressive and reassuring. Above all, we are so fortunate, and greatful to have such a good dentist in Saltford. Mehdi and all his team without exception are so professional.
