Really helpful, unlocked our backdoor when it was jammed. We asked for a quote to change a lock and he was able to do it then and there. He noticed that our backdoors (unknown to us) had had a part removed and came up with a solution, and promptly came back within a week to fix it for us as well. Highly recommended.

I just got to mention this cos its brought my faith back with humanity
This morning I pulled over to Chester M56 services for a break and locked myself out of my motor.
Tried all sorts of ways to get in and was getting really P Off when this guy in van a few spaces away asked me if all is ok. He mentioned what his line of business was (locksmith) and offered to help me out. He got the Audi open very quickly (clever) and that saved my day and wouldnt take any money for it. I did offer but he insisted it's ok and dont worry about it, gave me his card and trundle off. I think he said his name
