My nursery journey began in 1990 when I purchased my first nursery in Penarth. I was a childminder at the time and frustrated with the lack of provision for my little boy who had additional needs, I set about creating somewhere where everyone would be welcomed and everyone would feel special. My little friends grew as did the nursery over the years until they enjoyed all the areas of our big Victorian building.
We then set about opening an out of school club for the older children to come back and enjoy after school and holidays until their parents finished their working day. In 1998 St. Aubin Romilly Park was born. Romilly Park nursery was a little family within a nursery and the staff were so committed to this family feel.

It's been a year of uncertainty for parents and children alike. We are currently working on our new website which should hopefully go live shortly. As part of the new design we'd love to include some parents comments for each setting for new parents to read and help them to get to know us better.
We wrote to you last week to inform you of the counties decision to revoke all "childcare offer funding" for those not accessing the provision through choice during this period. As we reach the end of the week, we wanted to catch up with you all to share some nursery updates.
