James Haig, Master Butcher has over 30 years experience within the food industry, he has had a very busy and rewarding career serving customers such as Harrod's, Harvey Nichols, Spencer House, Claridge's and many more.Over the years James and Haigs have won a considerable amount of awards from butchery, bakery and our award winning website, we have even been highly commended by Gary Rhodes in his search for local food heroes.

Our Schoolhill shop is the heart of our business, spread across 4,500 square feet we have created a beautiful and spacious retail area where you can purchase all our homemade products, complemented by a sit down caf section, specialist alcohol section, gift section with an abundance of Scottish produce, we are showcasing fantastic Scottish products working with small artisan Scottish producers to bring an abundance of products to you under one roof.

TIME TABLE (All orders for Thursday need to be placed by midnight Tuesday and Friday/Saturday orders by midnight Wednesday or if you forget just turn up and shop on the day). We expertly prepare your order for collection in our store or at your chosen collection place. Our promise to you is to deliver a first class professional service, to bring you the same exceptional products and promotions you get in our shop.

Haigs Food Hall is a beautiful spacious retail shop, 4,500 square feet over 2 floors in the centre of Aberdeen, we are a local family business with over 30 years experience, we have customers travelling from all over Scotland to purchase our home made products which include a vast range of fresh meat, ready meals and pies all prepared in our state of the art butchery and kitchen.
