We have been unfortunate enough to have this as our local Peugeot (subsidiary) Dealer. For the last 3 years the service we have recieved has been a shambles. The sheer amount of days we have lost dropping our car off to then find no work to be completed is really frustrating, especially when you have to take days off, arrange childcare and do the school run. Very disorganized and unprofessional outfit who tell lies to suit their agenda. Today after I mentioned that I will be making a formal complaint, I was told by a lady who works on the front desk that Peugeot doesnt have a head office even though

I bought my first car here in December 2018, it was a quick, seamless process. It's now coming up to the end of the finance agreement and I got an informative and friendly phone call, from none other than Nigel, the man who sold me the car. He's clearly great at his Job and I've had a wonderful experience, I will be buying another car in the… future, as a 108 is a bit small for me, but after just buying a house on my own for £160 000 (mortgage obviously) he understood for now, it's not the right time and gave me options so I a ready come December when the agreement ends

Had some work done on my car today ( Friday,23rd July). I would like to thank the folk in the Service Department. I was made to feel very welcome by some very nice people , especially Louise,and Jenny on the service desk .Also the mechanics , who kept me informed of the work in progress and gave my car a thorough inspection. I can highly recommend them to anyone
