Rob was super helpful over the phone, came out quicker than others who stopped responding to our query to remove a pigeons nest in our sky dish. Great value and more importantly a nice professional service from a very friendly exterminator :) would highly recommend.

Excellent customer service provided by both Alison and Rob from start to finish. I wanted to support a local business and from the first phone call I made, I received honest, clear advice at a stressful time. Once on site, Rob was thorough and explained fully my choices. He could clearly have charged me more for the service he provided, but wanted to give me options that would save me money whilst still dealing with the issue in question - mice! I would not hesitate to recommend this company - in my opinion they are passionate in their customer care and service. Well Done.

Fantastic service from Rob. We had a bird stuck in our chimney & rats in our flat roof. Rob was very professional & thorough in his approach to sorting out our problem. He gave us great advice & knowledge on each visit & he was always mindful of our young children when carrying out his work. Our problem was eventually eradicated due to Robs work. I found Alison very friendly on the phone accommodating with regards to booking them in. I would definitely use them again if I had any further problems. They are a professional company that are friendly, reliable & very well priced. This is my honest
