Graham was incredibly helpful. Our lock mechanism was obsolete with no obvious replacement for our front door. He helped us deal with the manufacturer and ended up adapting a new mechanism it to fit our tricky front door. All within a huge time constraint and always with a smile on his face. Expected a huge bill for his trouble but got a perfectly reasonable invoice.
