Joe Cunningham sorted out the sale of my mothers house with the minimum of fuss. This was no mean feat as my deceased father had left all sorts of problems with the leasehold on the property, and my mother was in a care home. We used Natalie at Woollcombe Yonge for the purchase of my daughter's new shared ownership house purchase. We couldnt be happier with the service we received, it was quite honestly the most stress free purchase I have ever been involved with. Natalie always responded very promptly and the purchase was completed in good time. I would have no hesitation in recommending this firm. Their price was competitive too. There is also an app you can use on your phone to track progress. 5 stars all round.
