Cutting Edge Ottery was opened in 2004, a small salon with one backwash 2 styling mirrors and a couple of comfy chairs. On the first day of trading I was so excited but scared witless thinking no one would turn up. But turn up you all did! Within 4 weeks a local salon had closed resulting in me taking over the salon, and employing an apprentice, Adele, who is still working for us after 13 years!
