Much cheaper than competitors for picking up 1 tonne grab bags, had to wait a week for my grab bags to be collected but I was in no rush as they were in the front garden. Driver picked up nice & early on a Thursday morning at 8.45am would definitely recommend hughes waste, Ill know where to go next time for grab bags etc now that I know they do the Southampton area

The grab bag I ordered was not delivered on the day it was agreed.No communication as to why it was not delivered. I had taken a day off work to fill it asap for a imminent house move. I spoke to the lady in the office who was polite and said she would ring me back,but recieved no phone call. I rang the office again but there was no answer. I… sent a message to ask where the bag was? and was basically told they were very busy and I would get it tomorrow. I questioned why I didn't get it and was basically told I was rude?and to go else where.... what sort of customer service is that.... Shocking
