I recently did work experience at Bank View Smile Studios and I can now see where the smile comes from in the name because the two days I got to experience left me with the biggest smile :) In addition, I could see the smiles on every single patient who came in to see Dr Khalid U. Master and Dr Thomas S. Sarpong because both the dentists I got to shadow went above and beyond for every patient, through their communication and flawless skills as dentists. I learnt so much in depth about processes of dental treatments such as crowns and composite fillings and was also able to examine x-rays along

I tried to book an emergency appointment for terrible pain I was having. I was spoken to very rudely by one particular receptionist, Haley. I tried to explain my situation to her but she wasn't interested and kept repeating that I have to book a check up, which I'd already had a few months prior. I will use this practice again for procedures as I had planned to, just won't deal with this receptionist.

Dr Master and his team were recommended to me, so I decided to change my family to his surgery. I am so pleased we did, The entire team are so helpful and patient and welcoming. Dr Master has done a great job on my teeth, and explained so much to me about healthy teeth which I was unaware of. Yesterday I attended Bank View Smile Studios where Dr Khalid performed composite bonding on my upper teeth, i cant thank him and the team enough they made me feel really relaxed. I have been going to Khalid for a few years and he has spent a lot of time correcting previous dental work which was sub-standard. Khalid is calm and reassuring but also focused on giving the absolute best treatment he can. In my opinion one of the leading and top dentists in Blackburn.

Moved to the area a couple of years ago and had trouble finding a dentist due to the pandemic. As such it's been a while since seeing a dentist, but Bank View Smile Studios have been great. Once registered as a new patient, which was easy, I booked an initial checkup and assessment. This went extremely well and was very good and informative. The follow on work to correct a couple of issues has also been very good.
Khalid and the team are absolutely superb, providing excellent patient care and guidance for healthier teeth and gums.. Would definitely recommend.

The best Dentist in Lancashire by far and the first Dentist I've been to where I don't feel terrified whenever I go for an appointment!. Easy to talk to all the staff there, flexible with timings and appointments, treatment is top notch and payment is easy and spaced out so it's never a worry.
Calm, relaxing environment as you have work done plus they talk you through every step and work with you rather than treat you as a number.
