We sold our house in November and selected the solicitors recommended by the team, We were happy to use them as we had used them in the purchase 15 years previously. The purchaser had to change their solicitor during the purchase and this delayed the process by a few months. The team at Michael Anthony kept us upto date throughout and chased the solicitors of the purchaser constantly owing to the fact that they were not communicating efficiently with any parties. We eventually completed last week and I can honestly say had it not been for the hard work and effort put in by Michael Anthony and the

Lettings Review:
We have recently needed to get our landlord to fix a number of things that have been outstanding for some time. Our interactions with Michelle have been such a pleasant relief; finally somebody who is on our side and can get things to happen! She has arranged visits, chased workman who were late and always had time to listen. I really appreciate the effort she puts in.

Only interested in how much money they can make out of you. They misrepresented my offer which ment that it cost me more money. They will try to push you into business with a solicitor to get their commission. Staff are in desperate need need of training as their knowledge of the industry is lacking which will leads to a break down in communication - the staff are unaware of simple processes.

They were always friendly and polite on the phone and in person, they listened to our requests and needs. When we found a property we loved and wanted to sell ours quickly they advised us and helped us come up with a plan to sell our property within a few days so we would purchase our next home.
