Awful customer service, avoid! Weekend away was due the around the covid lockdown, this company was unsympathetic and didnt want to even offer anything to keep us as customers. No refund and no offer of a discounted stay next year to keep us as customers.we paid for a long weekend trip that we didnt even use. Covid has affect our lives too with friends loosing jobs and the booking holder working extra hard for the Nhs to get society through this pandemic and thats the sympathy you get from reserve apartments. I understand they are a small company also with bills to pay but some negotiation and

Wonderful apartment in a city centre location. Great to be met at the door by David with our keys and given all the information we needed. Rooms were clean and spacious and light. As it is across the road from the train station, bus and tram stops getting around was easy but we preferred to walk as Edinburgh Castle and other attractions were just fifteen minutes away. There are lovely cafes outside to go for breakfast but if you prefer to eat in there are local supermarkets nearby. The apartment has all the facilities you need and is comfortable and a great place to relax at the end of the day

We recently stayed at Blenheim Place with our two young children for a long weekend. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. However what really made us feel right at home was the service provided by Karen. Karen was absolutely superb. Having young children, we needed a lot of extra equipment, such as cotbed, high chair, but Karen went out of her way to get a stair gate for us too and without Karens help our experience could have been very different. Nothing was too much trouble for Karen. We would definitely be keen to visit Edinburgh again, if not only to stay at Blenheim Place again

We stayed at the Leamington Rd apartment and coil not have been happier. If you have trouble with steps this is not for you but it was perfect for us. Perfect location. Perfect facilities. We had the option to cook at home and after several weeks away that was great. Kitchen was well equipped and spotless. The bathroom was superb. The bed very comfortable. We plan to book this property again when we return to Edinburgh in the future. Thank you so much

Reserve Apartments are very helpful and accommodating. We spent 9 days at McDonald Residence/2 Buchanan Court in Edinburgh. It's a beautifully decorated apartment with very comfortable bedrooms (3), large lounge and well equipped kitchen. Being on the 1st floor is handy! The shared balcony provides a lovely view into the lush green growth across the road. Ideal location below Calton Hill and a short walk to Royal Mile and to Old Town/Princes Street shops etc. Highly recommend Reserve Apartments and McDonald Residence.
