Im very happy to be submitting a review for Hands on Health. This week, I experienced instant relief of neckache after my treatment. In addition, Lara checked all my joints and performed maintenance for the osteo arthritis in my knees. This is invaluable to my job as a dance teacher. Thank you so much for giving it your best. Thoroughly effective. This is the only chiropractor for me.

Hands on health was amazing, I was made to feel very comfortable. The assessment was extensive and gave me a lot of time to explain my symptoms. Initial corrections the chiropractor made showed improvement in strength and flexibility of some of my limbs. Will definitely be returning when I get free time off work.

I had been suffering with Migraines, frozen shoulder and back pain for months. I had seen my GP numerous times as no medication seem to relieve my issues. After seeing Lara at Hands On Health I am now migraine free. I am still receiving on going treatment but I am confident I am will be back to normal in no time as I am already seeing the results in only after 4 sessions. I highly recommend her as she listens to you and explains things in simple terms. She is not rough or hard on the body, she used simple and soft approaches which really did put my mind at rest. For those who need chiropractic

Highly recommended. Having attended the clinic for many years now, I can recommend Hands on Health with complete confidence. I suffered spinal damage many years ago and underwent surgery. Although this improved things for me at the time it did unfortunately leave me less flexible and with pain and discomfort at times, but Lara has always been able to alleviate this as well as treating any other joint/muscular problems I may be experiencing. I like to book a regular visit to keep me mobile and enable any potential problem areas to be identified and adjusted.
