The Contractor offers to carry out and complete the Works described in the Quotation/Estimate for the sum quoted or such other sum as shall become payable. Valid Period of Offer The Quotation/Estimate shall remain valid and open for acceptance in writing, for a period of 28 days from the date of the Quotation/Estimate.
