Production Print Direct have supplied our digital printer and maintain it. Their customer service is great, they are easy to get hold of, their engineers are knowledgeable, response times fast and being a smaller company one doesn't get passed from department to department.

PPD took over the contract to service my Develop machine over 3 years ago. Before they had the contract it caused us no end of problems... turns out all you need are engineers who actually know how to service the machine properly. Can't fault their work, a proper 5 stars rating :)
