Pooley Removals

Pooley Removals has been providing expert removal and storage solutions since 1978, establishing itself as a trusted family-run business based in Woodbridge, Suffolk. Originally founded as a single-vehicle operation, we have grown while maintaining our commitment to personalized service, with the original owners and second-generation leadership actively involved in daily operations. Our team combines over 45 years of collective experience with a fleet of specialized vehicles to handle moves of any scale, from local household relocations to international shipments across continents. We prioritize understanding each client's unique needs through detailed surveys and tailored planning, ensuring secure transportation and storage of belongings with comprehensive insurance coverage. Our dedicated staff treats every item with care, utilizing protective materials and inventory systems to guarantee safe delivery.

With a reputation built on repeat business and referrals, we emphasize transparency, empathy, and problem-solving to transform potentially stressful moves into seamless experiences. Our services extend beyond standard removals to include specialist handling of antiques, pianos, and fragile items, alongside secure storage options in temperature-controlled containers. We maintain 24/7 CCTV-monitored facilities and offer flexible packing solutions, from full-service packing to customer-led options. Our long-standing contracts with commercial clients demonstrate our capability to manage complex business relocations and document management. By combining traditional values with modern logistics, we continue to serve Suffolk, East Anglia, and global destinations while upholding the personal touch that defines our brand.
