Valuation Reports

Homebuyer Survey

I contacted Southview Surveyors in order to gain a separate survey from the standard bank survey on the property I was purchasing...Thank god I did! They produced a detailed home buyers report within a few days and highlighted a number of potential issues with the property which needed to be fully investigated, which I would of otherwise been blind too. Once these were fully checked over I could purchase my dream home with peace of mind. I have since recommended to friends and family who have used them for various types Surveys along with Energy Performance Certificates! All of who have been

Totally incompetent and inept. Down valued my property citing comparables that were clearly not comparable and ignoring a property 6 doors down which was a direct comparable. They have no knowledge of local area or market yet claim to be in a position to act as subject matter experts. Would suggest anyone considering this amateur outfit steer clear of these cowboys
