Reasonable prices but quite a bit of damage was sustained during my move into and out of store, both to the buildings involved and to my possessions. One box went missing entirely and because I didn't report it within 7 days they refused to take any action. I found them to be completely inflexible in applying their terms and conditions, and always to their advantage. Not recommended.

Adam and the team came to pack up my aunt's flat and move her to a new premises. The whole team was polite and very professional, cutting down the stress for me answering all my questions and putting everyone as ease. Making arrangements for the move was quick and stress free, I would definitely use again in the future.

Recently moved from Deal to Canterbury. Heads Removals were so professional - nothing was too much trouble. The guys turned up when they said they would and moved all our belongings with no problem. Definitely recommend.

Amazingly helpful company. we had to change our removal date so we lost our date with Heads removals and had to move ourselves 😬 Heads done everything they could to help us, they delivered moving blankets and mattress covers which was a massive help. we had previously used this company 17 years ago and they even remember moving us in, such helpful and friendly staff definitely the best service around.
