Today was my first visit to affinity and from the reception to the dentist I felt safe and put at ease as I was very nervous, After the examination the dentish took her time to explain the treatment I need. I would recommend this practice.

I am incredibly disappointed with the practice as I paid 30 deposit and when I could not make the appointment due to a family emergency I was not given the deposit back and evenif I was happy to book another appointment and use that towards my next appointment, they did not accept my valid reasons and demanded to take a full payment losing the previous deposit if I was to book another appointment. This is utterly unacceptable. I will make sure not to ever go back to this practice.

I have been a patient at Affinity for many years. I have always found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. My dentist Pia is passionate about the dental health of her patients and I always feel that she knows me personally when I go for my treatment/check up. I like to think I am a good patient and always go for regular check ups which is very important! I sometimes feel that the waiting area is a bit drab and could do with a bit of attention but the quality of care I receive I cannot fault which is why I have been going for so many years. I wonder if, moving forward, it would be worth considering

My wife and I have used this dental practice for many years and have always found it to be excellent. Pia is our dentist and she is always efficient and caring. She puts our dental health first and never advises unnecessary treatment. She inspires confidence. Whenever we see her she puts at ease and makes us welcome like an old friend.
