How do you help children settle into the nursery?

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash payments, bank transfers to our HSBC account, and workplace voucher schemes. Fees must be paid by the 1st of each month using your child's full name as the reference.

What happens if I need to change my child's session times?

We require four weeks' written notice for any session changes or when a child will be leaving the nursery. Additional hours can be arranged by prior agreement with management.

Cant believe how lucky we are to have a spot in this nursery. My daughter goes in with open arms every day and so do all the other kids there. Ayshley and her team are so professional and the daily updates put my working mummy mind at ease every day. Recommended to a friend and they are so happy too. My daughter is so sociable now and her speech has come on so much.

My little lady loves coming to Stour Road Day Nursery and has progressed so much in the past year, since coming here :) Ive noticed her confidence grow when around other children outside of the setting.xx

I was always worried about my son going to nursery and being looked after by strangers as he was only 10 months old when he started there in February 2017, but I couldn't have chosen a better nursery for him. The staff are friendly, caring and always have time to speak with you. Also I know that he is well looked after and safe when he is there.

My son has been going to Stour Road since September & absolutely LOVES it. Ayshley & all the girls are really friendly & I love how it’s more of a ‘home away from home’ & fairly small/intimate rather than some of the other larger settings we looked at. They are always encouraging the children to spend time outdoors which is great & they always seem to be up to something whether it’s painting leaves for Autumn or making cakes. Couldn’t recommend more!
