Recently visited this surgery and am very impressed. The reception staff were polite and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Dr Penrose likewise was extremely polite, friendly, and very helpful. I wanted a dentist whom I can gain trust with, as that is so important to me, and whom is approachable, and I immediately felt that trust with Dr Penrose. I am so pleased I plucked up the courage to visit here.

After what has been a " long time " avoiding a dentist since my experience of having a successful installation of braces. I had recently needed to have some pains investigated into. The initial welcoming when walking in was great. Great email comms reminding me of an appointment which was made that helped me not forget. The actual appointment was really good. Explained I was a tad nervous & was really well assured. Had very clear & understanding pictures of my teeth shown to me during a presentation & given options to choose from. Some maintenance works are booked & already feel confident I will

Online booking system accepts your money and confirms your booking, you turn up for your appointment, and actually their online booking system doesn't work. Sorry, we don't value your time (said money will bounce back) and we're fully booked until 7 hours later. Couldn't be bothered adding one sentence to website saying "no online booking due to technical issues" (in 2021, this takes 5 min). Lazy and unprofessional.

Good dentist, but the prices have shot up over the past year (Hygienist gone up from 49 to 65 now (under the guise of Covid). Also you have to now pay for your children to use the dentist. We have left as there are better dentists for these charges.

I visited the dentist here today for an emergency appointment and can't fault the service at all. As an anxious person visiting the dentist, I was entirely reassured about what the problem was and didn't need any treatment. I was offered a solution for my teeth sensitivity without incurring additional fees. As far as experiences go with the dentist, I was very happy and will be back!

Ive been to The Dentist a few times now and each time have had a brilliant experience, which I never thought Id say about a visit to the dentist! The staff are really friendly and attentive, with excellent care. I highly recommend them.
