Had a nice afternoon visit and was very impressed with the natural beauty of the cave. We watched the circus and enjoyed it and thought the young people performing did very well. The favourite part of the day for my daughter was the mirror maze. Worth a visit but not the cheapest day out I've ever had.

Nice basic hotel. Clean rooms with decent amenities and friendly staff. Quality of breakfast was not fantastic but for a family friendly hotel and for 8 you can't really complain!

The rooms are Reasonable good size. Hot showers food in captains Jack Restaurant was nice and good size Portions. The staff was quite friendly. Definitely would stay again,.

Room is clean with plenty of towels. Had 3 kids in the room and the hotel was quite for them to be able to get to sleep at a reasonable time. Shower needs a bit of work. Other than that a good stay.

Nice Hotel, very quiet area, we booked the VIP Suite (Witches tower) for our daughters birthday. Kids loved the room. Staff we helpful. Very quiet location. Entrance to the Park was on the doorstep, free parking. An overall great experience.

Clean comfortable room, restaurant used to be in bar area, now in an awful place, if it's raining you still have to go outside to. Menu hasn't changed in quite a while, not a lot of choice. Bar area no inviting lighting and cold took drinks back to room as was warmer! This used to be a lovely place to come but going in the wrong direction n

Room was clean and perfectly adequate. Breakfast was a rather hit and miss affair and the service was by well meaning young staff not particularly interested in customer satisfaction. Overall though good value as the location is ideal both fir Wookey and the local countryside.
