Rebecca, Brian (& Martin) made us feel very welcome and if you want to be in Woodhall Spa, The Claremont is in a great location. If you want a sole less Premier Inn then don't book but if you want something different, comfortable with character then this is a nice place. Parking was good and seemed secure, breakfast was nice and everything was very clean.

Pleasant, clean property, well decorated and maintained. Double bed an old fashioned 4'6",so not too spacious. But a quiet room at the back on the 1st floor. Breakfast was the down point as we generally don't eat a cooked one. Limited cereal available. No porrage! The hotel is well situated near the centre of the village, close to numerous coffee shops and restaurants. Helpful landlady.

I'm giving this hotel 5 for a few reasons.
1. Host are amazing. Helpful. Welcoming and full of local information. So if you need to know, just ask.
2. Rooms are so big. And so clean.
3. Parking. On site for several cars and off site parking on main rd, but its wide, and free .
4. Restraunts and cafes 1 min walk. Sainsbury, 1 min walk.
5. Beautiful location of uk.
6. 617 memorial (Dambusters) is 30 seconds away.
7. Breakfast
