Worst company ever dealt with quality of product is appaling cheap imports and its easier to make your own product than try and get help from anyone there

How could anyone think a large glass bowl for a light could be put into an even bigger box with NO packaging to secure it and a bit of bubble wrap then sent for delivery? Received a bashed up box (not even the box it should have been in) containing lots broken glass. Ridiculous and this is their second attempt. This company needs to learn basics. I will not buy from them again nor recommend them unless you're collecting.

We'd purchased a light from one of Forum's suppliers, Victorian Plumbing, and unfortunately there were 3 broken parts. Victorian Plumbing refused to help as we were over their 48 hour return policy and they also stated the manufacturer wouldn't replace these parts ... But one email to Forum Lighting Solutions and within 24 hours we had the three replacement parts!
Victorian Plumbing could do with some customer service lessons from Forum!
