It was the first time that I had to use Rako Controls. An electrical engineer called Regan attended to look at what was an intermittent fault. He managed to find it, repair it and talk me through potential future problems that may occur as best practice. I never write reviews but felt that In this case I needed to! Overall, excellent customer service which is not always found . I would highly recommend this organisation as a 5* service!

Had a joint customer visit yesterday with your engineer Jordan Hubby, totally nice guy, punctual, easy going but completely professional, completely reconfigured the system and worked along side my customer to ensure all lighting scenes were optimised and understood, would totally recommend

Third controller to fail this year, so we have a light that flickers and cannot be switched on or off reliably. It will take at least three weeks to get this fixed. Really disappointed in the lack of service.
