After bathroom refurbishment, lot of chase ups Required due to number of small mistakes and leaks into property , grouting , cementing etc came off in few months, quality Of work and survey of work very poor . Works not complete up to Satisfaction.

Very good at first, indeed some elements were excellent, but 3 years later we are still experiencing serious issues from poor installation of our bathrooms. Both showers needed to be reinstalled by the manufacturer because they were originally put in so badly. As a result of the poor fitting one of our pumps burned out and was not covered by warranty so we needed a replacement. 2 of the 3 toilets were wrongly plumbed and we currency have soiled water coming up through the floor. A sink was sited wrongly and part of the unit had to be replaced when it was refitted. There were other issues too but
