Large Fabrication
We manufacture complex large steel structures to exact customer specifications. Our 60,000 sq ft facility houses heavy cranage and advanced machinery, enabling precision welding and assembly of components up to 30-ton capacity. This service supports critical infrastructure projects in offshore, nuclear, and transportation sectors.
Heavy Machining
With one of the UK's largest machining capacities, we operate conventional and CNC machines including 10m plano mills and 5m lathes. Our time-served engineers produce precision components for subsea, rail, and industrial applications, maintaining tolerances to international standards.
Fitting Shop
Our dedicated fitting workshop handles stripping, refurbishment, and custom manufacturing of industrial components. We provide detailed reports and use calibrated equipment to ensure repaired parts meet original specifications for oil & gas and offshore clients.
Lifting Equipment
We design, manufacture, and certify lifting equipment for industrial applications. Our engineers follow strict safety protocols to create custom solutions that comply with LOLER and PUWER regulations, supporting construction and heavy industry sectors.
Welding
All welders hold multiple international certifications including AWS D1.1 and ISO 9606-1. We perform 6G position welding on structural steel and pipework, with quality assurance through ultrasonic and dye-penetrant testing by PCN-certified inspectors.
