Absolutely bloody joke, phoned doctors Wednesday afternoon got fobbed off by the woman on the desk telling me to ring back the next day, so I did and now they have fobbed me off with medication which clearly isn't the one I wanted for my sore throat plus taken some medications off my repeat and told I need to pay for them and like how fresh air. DONT BOTHER WITH THIS DOCTORS UNLESS YOU END UP IN A&E HAVING YOUR STOMACH PUMPED OUT

I have read through a number of reviews and can't quite believe some of the comments. I have been with this practice all my life and have never had an issue. The current staff are great and I almost enjoy going to the surgery! I know that I am looked after by one of the best GP practices in Wakefield.

Requested medication 3 days ago for gout. Stuck in the house cannot walk and these clowns say I've to go in for a blood test. Told them i can't and not got back to me and no medication prescribed. Disgrace.

Extremely rude on the phone like they don't like working there its not hard to be polite, and never had a check up my old doctor would check heart blood pressure ect

This is Maureen Emmitt not George. Today I have been as good as called liar by the practice manager after complaining about the nurse giving flu injections on Saturday and not wearing any ppe. I was told that she was wearing a mask and apron, I am not blind and I am not petty enough to waste my time about something like this I definitely will take this to a higher authority.
