I was hugely impressed a tad surprised with the service ....surprised.. ...Adam dealt with the wasp infestation during the time it took me to make him a coffee...impressed because as he said they would all be dead withing an hour or so...and if there were any stragglers he would pop back the next day free of charge and sort them...he did not need to return...job done...FIVE STARS

Dan Eastwood was very professional and incredibly responsive to our requirements. We had a wasps nest in our alarm box on the outside of the house which was treated incredibly efficiently. The wasps were gone almost instantly and it was half the price of other quotations.
Dan was polite and guaranteed a return visit if the treatment didn't work. Happy to recommend him to anyone.

Unprofessional and rude, will not use again and certainly not recommend to anyone
Seeing as I can not reply to your comment I have edited my post instead. You told me twice that they were dead, that there were no need to even check, you made me feel bad about complaining about having them in the house when you were told more than once that I am allergic. A different company came and actually checked properly and found that they were in fact still alive like I kept telling you. On top of that, you were rude, criticising our landlord and confronting me about the complaint I had made to our agency

Adam was superb. He did exactly what he said he would, when he said he would and within the agreed price bracket. In fact, in the end be charged less than initially quoted. He seemed confident and interested in what he was doing and put me at ease. He came out the same day I called as well which was a relief. Also his communication was good and he responded promptly to email and text enquiries.
