Serenity brides is a lovely store. I found my perfect dress here with the help of a lovely assistant. The customer service was very good and everyone was extremely friendly and approachable and the store is clean and beautiful however for me, it didn't quite achieve 5 stars due to an incident that I felt was brushed over. Sadly, a pin was left in the strap of a dress I tried on and it left me with a very large scratch down my upper arm. When I mentioned this to my bridal party, they mentioned there were also some pins in the seat next to where they were sat which could have also been a little dangerous

It was my first time looking for a dress for my wedding in may 2022 and I had great help from Lyndsey to help me find the dress and I felt very comfortable and relaxed and had a very enjoyable experience and all the staff where very friendly and helpful through out my experience!!!
